The Special Protective Service, LLC.© employs only the most qualified and experienced Patrol Officers to protect our client’s assets. Patrol Officers are required to complete a rigorous 40-hour initial training program which consists of topics on; state/federal law, patrol techniques, loss prevention, investigations, use-of-force, de-escalation, self-defense, deadly force, arrest procedures, crime prevention, terrorism, active shooters, evidence collection, and report writing.
After this initial entry training, we also require a minimum of 16-hours of on-the-job training at their assigned post,followed by an ongoing 8-hour monthly refresher training. An additional 40-hours of firearms training with a 50-round qualification course is also completed for all Armed Patrol Officers. Our training program is one of the best in the industry and it is what separates us from our competition.
