The Special Protective Service, LLC.© employs only the most qualified and experienced Patrol Officers to protect our client’s assets. Patrol Officers are required to complete a rigorous 40-hour initial training program which consists of topics on; state/federal law, patrol techniques, loss prevention, investigations, use-of-force, de-escalation, self-defense, deadly force, arrest procedures, crime prevention, terrorism, active shooters, evidence collection, and report writing. After this initial entry training, we also require a minimum of 16-hours of on-the-job training on-site, followed by an ongoing 8-hour monthly refresher training. An additional 16-hours of firearms training with a 50-round qualification course is also completed for all Armed Patrol Officers.
